Everything you need to know about renting with us

For our insurance you must be at least 21* for a small / medium sized car, 25 for a large car / commercial van, between 25-30 (age varies depending on specific vehicle model, please contact the team for more information) to drive our 7 & 8 seat vehicles and 25+ to for minibuses.
Full driving license is required. Yes we can insure a driver with penalty points on their license. (Up to 6 points) Please advise this at time of booking.
We will need your full driving license and a separate document for proof of address. (i.e. Utility Bill)
This depends on location: Portadown has an overnight / weekend drop-off point and return key box for returns outside normal opening hours (the vehicle will be inspected when the department reopens). Dublin Airport and Belfast International Airport operate on a 24-hour basis, for all other out of hours request – please speak to a member of our team.
Our prices include 24/7 breakdown cover
Yes, as long as the vehicle is returned in an acceptable condition pets are allowed inside the vehicle.
You will need to report the incident immediately to the rental team. Customers will be liable to pay the excess if a third party does not accept responsibility to the damage.
Rentals must be returned with the same amount of fuel as let out in.
